2008-present day: Director of the technical office at FCSM (Fundación Catedral Santa María) and manager of the restoration works on the Santa María Cathedral in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

1987-2008: Independent practice dedicated to architectural heritage: restoration of religious buildings, civic buildings and archaeological sites; archaeology of the architecture of historical bridges and churches of the High Medieval, Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance periods; constructive and structural analysis of stone and wooden buildings.

1979-1986: School of Architecture at the Technical University of Madrid. (Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid - UPM).
