Javier Castro-Spila. Sociologist. He received the PhD Degree in Philosophy, Science, Technology and Society and the master’s degree in Higher Education. He is a Senior Researcher and Executive Director at Innovation Momentum Lab (IM-LAB) (Spain), and Associate Researcher at Ecole Supérieure des Technologies Industrielles Avancées (ESTIA) (France).

His action-research topics include social innovation and hybrid innovations; cultural heritage and creative industries; regional development and innovation policies, social innovation talent and creativity.
